LeverX (Emerline) seeks a Lead Generation Manager to represent, develop, and nurture our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to leverage their experience at a global IT partner with an established client base and strong IT delivery capacity.
Responsibilities:

Research and identify target companies and decision-makers based on the defined ICP;

Execute outbound lead generation campaigns across: LinkedIn and email;

Personalize outreach messages to increase reply and meeting booking rates;

Initiate first contact with prospects and handle initial responses;

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status and communication history;
-
Continuously test and improve outreach messaging, targeting and sequences;
-
Collaborate closely with the team and Team lead to align messaging and targeting;
-
Follow outreach playbooks and internal processes.
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation (IT services/software development/ outsourcing);

Hands-on experience with outbound channels: LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), Email outreach, basic understanding of multichannel sequences;

Ability to research and identify:
target companies;
decision-makers (CTO, Head of Engineering, Product, Founder, etc.). -
Understanding of ICP, buyer personas and basic sales funnel logic;

Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar);

Strong written English (B2+ / C1);

Ability to personalize outreach messages;
-
Strong attention to detail (data accuracy, correct contacts, clean CRM);

Ability to follow processes and outreach playbooks.
Nice to have

Understanding of software development lifecycle;

Understanding of roles like Data Engineer, Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, etc.
