Project Procurement Manager

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for procurement strategy formulation and implementation;
- Supplier qualification and selection: need strong capability to make market analysis and research, organize the qualification;
- Supplier resources: effectively manage supplier resources to support project delivery;
- Responsible for sourcing in Telecom or Civil works.

Position requirements:

- Experience in Telecom industry is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Languages: Fluent English required, Chinese is welcome.
