Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of the accounting department's activities.
- Development of accounting policies and working chart of accounts in accordance with legislation.
- Ensuring timely and accurate recording of business transactions and proper bookkeeping.
- Monitoring compliance with document processing procedures, accuracy of calculations, and conducting inventories.
- Preparation of financial statements (operational, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with IFRS.
- Liaison with auditors during external and internal audits.
- Ensuring the legality and economic justification of calculations related to product cost, payroll, and social security contributions.
- Higher education in finance and economics.
- Professional Accountant Certificate of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Must be a member of an accredited professional accounting organization.
- At least 10 years of work experience in finance and accounting, including in managerial positions.
- Possession of international professional certifications: ACCA / CFA / CPA / CIMA.
- Knowledge of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tax Code and other mandatory budget contributions.
- Knowledge of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Accounting and Financial Reporting”.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Proficiency in 1C, SAP, and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is required.
- Knowledge of Turkish is desirable.
