Мы открываем новую позицию Data Entry Operator для работы из нашего офиса в Гомеле.

Рассмотрим кандидатов без опыта работы, а также студентов, готовых к посменному 8-часовому графику (включая ночные смены). Возможно оформление распределения от университета.

Позиция предполагает частичную занятость (подробная информация на интервью).

Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

Main duties:

• Entering customer and account data from source documents
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures

• Work with business users to create and update data in the in-house CRM application

• Generate reports
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies

What we expect:

• Basic computer literacy
• Strong English reading comprehension and writing skills (B2)
• Strong research skills
• Forensic attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight while managing multiple tasks

Things that would be nice to have but are not mandatory:

• CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
• Photoshop experience
