YASHIL FERMA is a Hungarian–Uzbek joint venture and a fully integrated poultry cluster in the Syrdarya region, Uzbekistan, currently in the construction phase.

For the Tashkent Head office, we are seeking an HR Generalist with strong practical expertise in Personnel Administration (Kadrovoye Deloproizvodstvo) and working knowledge of C&B and KPIs, and recruitment, enabling effective mutual coverage within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

Personnel Administration (KDP – Core Focus)

  • Full-cycle personnel administration in compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan

  • Preparation, registration, and control of HR orders (hiring, transfers, temporary assignments, dismissals, leaves, business trips, disciplinary actions, etc.)

  • Drafting and maintaining employment contracts and addendums

  • Maintaining employee personal files, staff lists, штатное расписание, timekeeping, and vacation schedules

  • Ensuring readiness for audits and inspections

Compensation & Benefits (Working Level)

  • Support calculation and tracking of C&B KPIs (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll structure, labor cost indicators)

  • Participation in salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive calculations (at the operational level)

  • Cooperation with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy

As well as assisting in

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Consulting employees and managers on HR policies and labor legislation

  • Participation in onboarding, adaptation, and internal HR process improvement

  • Support of corporate culture initiatives and internal events

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong emphasis on HR Admin (KDP).

  • Regular trips to the Syrdarya region (Gulistan, Havas, Yangiyer) where the production sites will be.

  • Confident, hands-on knowledge of Uzbekistan labor legislation.

  • Practical experience in HR orders, personnel documentation, and audits.

  • Working knowledge of C&B KPIs (not necessarily advanced analytics).

  • Solid experience in recruitment processes, enabling role substitution.

  • Proficiency in 1C (HR/Payroll), MS Office, and HR systems.

  • High attention to detail, responsibility, confidentiality.

  • Fluency in Uzbek and Russian

  • English – not less than B2

Education

  • Higher education (HR Management, Law, Economics, or related fields)

  • HR ADMINISTRATION, Labor law, or C&B training is a plus

Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or production environments is an advantage

  • Experience in an international company is an advantage.
