Project Manager

Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based insurance solution, coordinating platform integration and ensuring secure, efficient, and transparent claims processes.

The customer is a technology-driven enterprise developing digital platforms for automating complex, data-intensive workflows in a regulated environment. The solutions are cloud-based and integration-heavy, focusing on workflow automation, intelligent data processing, and decision support, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and reliability.

The project is an innovative insurance solution built around three portals for claim submission and management. It integrates two platforms to enable seamless data transfer, support conversion planning, and improve the efficiency, transparency, and user experience of insurance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of client's solutions ensuring scope, timeline, and quality are met.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams (development, QA, DevOps, BA) and external stakeholders.
• Managing project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, including SOW and addendums.
• Monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, and presenting updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
• Coordinating knowledge transfer and onboarding for new team members.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives in delivery processes and client communication.
• Handling escalations and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
• Ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Project Manager in tech or digital products for 4+ years.
• End-to-end project ownership, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong client-facing experience, direct communication with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Confident expectation, risk, and dependency management.
• Proactive communication style and ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) and ability to adapt them.
• Strong planning and estimation skills.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence usage (workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting).
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
