Your responsibilities:
• Prospect and attract B2B clients (CIS + international markets) and manage existing leads in CRM;
• Negotiate directly with top executives in crypto, fintech, IT, iGaming, VC, and related industries;
• Help brands strengthen their presence through Futurum’s premium private events;
• Represent the company at key international conferences and industry events.
What we expect:
• At least 1 year of sales experience;
• English level B2+ (confident B2–C1 = higher base salary 💰);
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills;
• Experience with CHATCRM is a big plus;
• Based in Tbilisi + Georgian language = higher fixed salary;
• Strong task ownership (write it down = get it done), structured CRM and database management;
• Result-driven mindset, self-organization, and motivation to work in a fast-paced industry.
