Обязанности:
- Develop technical specifications, datasheets, and requisitions for static equipment.
- Perform mechanical design calculations in accordance with international codes (ASME, API, TEMA, EN) and local standards (e.g., GOST for Kazakhstan projects).
- Review and approve vendor documents including GA drawings, fabrication procedures, welding specifications, and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, client specifications, and safety standards.
- Support procurement by evaluating vendor offers and providing technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with process, piping, civil/structural, and instrumentation disciplines.
- Provide support during FAT, SAT, site installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure equipment is designed for operability, maintainability, and reliability, considering extreme site conditions (e.g., low ambient temperatures).
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, and design review meetings.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manage vendor non-conformities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant projects with focus on static equipment.
- Strong knowledge of design codes: ASME VIII Div.1/2, API 650/660/661, TEMA, EN, GOST.
- Proficiency in design software (PV Elite, Compress, HTRI, AutoPIPE, Caesar II for nozzle loads).
- Experience with vendor management and international fabrication.
- Familiarity with Kazakhstan regulatory requirements and local fabrication practices (preferred).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Good knowledge of English.
