Case Orchestration - Durable workflow automation engine with AI

Document Intelligence - LLM pipeline processing faxed records, handwritten notes, PDF bills.

Command Center - role-based multi-tenant views, Postgres RLS.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

2+ years shipping at an early-stage startup, strong across the full stack (Python, Backend, Postgres)

Built event-driven systems, async job orchestration and workflow engines in scalable production

Production LLM integration - structured extraction, not chat wrappers

Telephony experience in scale (Twilio, ElevenLabs)

HIPAA-aware: encryption and etc
