Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential drivers (calls, messages, social media)
- Present company conditions and offers clearly
- Qualify drivers based on company requirements
- Guide drivers through the hiring process
- Collect and verify necessary documents
- English level: C1 or higher (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
- Fast learner and result-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of logistics is a plus (training provided)
