The main purpose
Facilitate/lead all stages of new product launch process to ensure excellence in execution and achieving/overachieving the targets
Implementation and continuous improvement of launch processes, methodology and tools. Ensuring these are acknowledged and accepted by the stakeholders and used efficiently on a regular basis
The main responsibilities
Facilitate/Lead Launch Excellence process implementation & enhancement across Russia, EAEU
and CIS
Engage cross-functions to contribute to the launch success. Drive leadership for the launch success from accountable partners
Granular launch planning and setting the KPIs, including sales and distribution levels split across the regions, cities, pharmacy chains etc
Facilitate Launch process and LeX framework usage and adoption for the early launch phases, ensure the framework benefits from each and every launch via capturing launch data & team knowledge
Lead launches during the latter phases to ensure smooth transition of accountability between partner functions
KPI monitoring & regular reporting
Lead & facilitate regular alignment on Launch excellence meeting
Educate and empowering stakeholders on both process & tools knowledge
Your experience and qualifications
General marketing and commercial skills, strong analytical skills
Experience in project management and structured process establishment
Ability to lead, manage and motivate teams, with or without authority
Mental agility and curiosity
Strong accountability and project management for tasks without close supervision
