Instrumentation & Control Engineer Engineer

• Preparation of project deliverables as per cost, schedule and quality requirements
• Responsible for the delivery and the design of the Project Field Instrumentation & Control Systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of measurement and control instrumentation
• Awareness of SCADA/PCS/ESD/F&G/3rd Party Systems design and integration with other similar packages
• Awareness of preparation of the following of I&C/ F&G engineering deliverables incl. BoDs, Specifications, Control & Shutdown Systems’ philosophies, Vendor SOWs, Datasheets, Index, Schedules, Loop Diagrams, Calculations, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of Tender Bid Evaluations and approval of Tender Bid Evaluation reports.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with the different engineering disciplines.
• Utilize knowledge, persuasion and negotiation skills to resolve critical issues and problems with the Client
• Input to HAZOPs, HAZIDs, LOPAs, SIL Assessments and F&G Mapping Studies
• Complies with company & international standards to produce quality deliverables
• Visit field assignments with physical ability to work in heavy industrial operating environment
• Perform all other duties as assigned

o Must have sound knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions, codes & standards.
o Familiar with all phases of EPC Contracts.
o Awareness of compliance and audit processes.
o Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect
o Client’s changing requirements.
o Knowledge of computer based systems including, CAD, Database Management systems, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages
Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred
Language skills: English is mandatory – Advanced or native Russian required.
Professional experience: Min 5 years – technical experience
