Responsibilities:.
Knowledge of working in Amadeus system
- Booking and issuing flight tickets
- Assisting customers with reservations
- Changing or canceling bookings when needed
- Checking ticket availability and prices
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Coordinating with airlines and tour operators
- Maintaining accurate booking records and reports
- Following company and travel regulations and policies
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with booking/reservation systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of English and other languages is an advantage
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Experience in tourism, aviation, or customer service is preferred
