Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all finance and accounting activities of the company.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis accurately and timely.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and company expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and financial documentation with external parties.
- Develop and implement financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems.
- Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial records.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in managerial level.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software systems.
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
