Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
  • Answer telephone calls and provide information to guests.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Maintain the reception area and front desk records.
  • Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
