Workover Supervisor

Location: Gazli, Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan (Field-based)
Work Schedule: Rotation 28/28 or 30/30
Contract Type: Civil Law Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise completion, workover, well testing, wireline, coiled tubing, stimulation, and other well intervention operations.
• Coordinate field activities with drilling, production, geology, HSE, logistics, and contractor teams.
• Plan and monitor operational activities, ensuring timely availability of equipment and materials.
• Supervise contractor performance and monitor equipment readiness.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, well control, environmental, and company standards.
• Conduct daily operational and safety meetings.
• Prepare daily operational reports and monitor project progress, equipment utilization, and operational costs.
• Support continuous improvement by implementing industry best practices and optimizing field operations.

Requirements

• Higher professional education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling, completions, workover, or well operations within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of well construction, workover, completion, and well testing operations.
• Experience supervising field personnel and contractor activities.
• Good understanding of drilling and workover equipment, well control, HSE requirements, drilling fluids, cementing, fishing, and well intervention operations.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote field environment.
• Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
